She is Luso-Japanese (under the cultural sway of the Portuguese Empire) Nu Goth. She has lived abroad, but returned to Tokyo, Japan to be with her family. She speaks English, Japanese & probably a few other languages. Beyond that Nooin is a bit of a mystery.

I do know that she creates some unique selfie-art.

"In general, I prefer living here than overseas looking like this. It’s much safer, I get less or..actually no aggressive responses, grandmas with purple hair (that is a common thing here) chat with me about my hair colors."

"All my make-up skills are self taught, obviously I look up stuff online when there’s something I’m not sure about but everything else pretty much just comes from years of practice and experimenting."
